Terms and Conditions

  • Membership will be valid for 12 months. the member needs to apply for renewal.
  • RIS reserves the right to approve / reject issuance of the program's membership.
  • RIS reserve the right to terminate any participation at its sole discretion. with or without notice.
  • Valid ID should be presented at the time of purchase to qualify the discount I partnership margin.
  • The Member has to provide a bank verified Iban numberl account number.
  • Partnership margin will be paid on the net value of delivered items at the first 1O days of the following month and after the return period elapsed as per the return and exchange policy to the eligible designers / firm account directly.
  • In case of cash I bank transfer partnership margin. VAT registration certificate should be provided to be eligible for related partnership margin % on total invoice value including VAT. The designer I firm have to provide VAT invoice towards the partnership margin paid as service charge etc.
  • If the VAT registration certificate not available individual designer the partnership margin % will be calculated based on the net price excluding VAT.
  • Standard Return and Exchange terms and conditions will be applied.
