Shipping Policy:
RIS aims to deliver your purchases quickly and conveniently and at the lowest available costs. Shipping and delivery costs are calculated and displayed on the checkout page and depend on your shipping location and order requirements. Delivery Terms and Conditions:
- We deliver to all areas across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the GCC Countries.
- All deliveries to the kingdom’s main cities are free of charge, except for orders under 800 SAR, which will incur a shipping fee.
- Delivery Time to Jeddah is 5 to 7 days and to Other Kingdom cities, 15 days, and to the GCC Countries is 21-30 days
- Delivery Time During Sale & Offers periods, delivery to Jeddah is 10 days, to other Kingdom cities is 21 days, and to the GCC Countries is 25-40 days
- Made-to-order items require a delivery timeframe of 18–24 weeks.
- Fabrics & wallpaper orders will be delivered within 15 to 30 days, subject to the supplier’s availability.
- All delivery charges (if any) and taxes will be automatically calculated and added to the total cost at checkout when purchasing online through our website.
- Duties and brokerage fees (if any) will be added to the price. Please ensure you have provided the correct information for your address, including street name, building name, floor, and complete contact information, to ensure timely delivery to your doorstep.
- The Home Delivery team is not responsible for hanging mirrors, picture frames, wall-hanging products, or electrical wiring items.
- Outside Jeddah, we use third-party delivery; the delivery team will only deliver the furniture items. Installation isn't included.
· Marble Coffee Tables & Dining Tables are subject to extra installation fees.
- In the case of home delivery and installation (currently Jeddah only), the Home Delivery team is not responsible for moving, removing, or dismantling any old items.
- Cash on Delivery as a payment option is currently unavailable.
- If you've selected delivery to your address and no one was available at the specified address at the time of delivery, our delivery company will contact you to arrange re-delivery. The Products will only be left with a third party (such as a building caretaker or a maid) with your permission.
- All risks associated with your order (including the risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the address specified in your order or collected from our showroom. We are not liable for a refund or replacement if the address you specified is incorrect.
- In some instances, the delivery of your order may be delayed or canceled for reasons beyond our control (eg. material shortages, import delays, or higher-than-anticipated demand). Where this is the case, we'll make every effort to keep you informed but take no responsibility for such delays or cancellations.
RIS ships via different couriers. We'll do our best to deliver your order as per the below table (after confirmation). Some delays can be expected in case of any unforeseen situations or as per the custom clearance.
Click & Collect (Pick up in-store): Accessories Only
How It Works:
- Buy online, and we'll deliver your order to the preferred showroom for collection within 3-5 hours of placing the order.
- After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order confirmation number. Please wait to receive the email or SMS confirmation confirming when your order's ready for collection.
- If you cannot collect your order for any reason, please contact us.
- We'll keep your order in store for a maximum of 7 business days.
- All uncollected orders will be canceled, and any payments made will be a store credit to be used within 365 days.

- Please note that we cannot accept orders that include non-available items or items for collection from one of our showrooms or home-delivery items. In these cases, please place two separate orders – one for collection and one for home delivery.
